Our commitment to quality

The FQM is both proud and excited to have implemented its own quality management system. We made a commitment to take all the measures necessary to establish this client satisfaction process. We also placed special emphasis on training and getting all our employees involved in rigorously identifying shortcomings in our system and adopting an attitude of continued improvement.

We thus consider the quality management system to be a tool for continuously improving our work methods (and by extension) our performance as an organization. This in turn helps us meet our objectives and uphold the highest level of excellence.

POLICY ON QUALITY

The policy on quality adopted by the Fédération québécoise des massothérapeutes and the Institut de formation de la FQM is intended primarily to ensure that our products and services meet our clients’ needs and expectations. It also reflects the FQM’s commitment to meeting the continuous improvement requirements, which allows us to maintain efficiency and effectiveness across our quality management system.
