Its staff and members are subject to a code of deontology, and the organization has in place a trustee, a disciplinary committee and a professional inspection committee, which ensure the FQM’s integrity, honesty, transparency, openness and fairness.

Always attentive to its members, the public and its various partners, the FQM offers services adapted to the needs of its various clienteles. To do so, it makes sure it understands and grasps reality in order to be able to adapt to the changing context of massage therapy in Quebec.
Social responsibility
In order to contribute to the health of the Quebec population, the FQM created the Fondation de la massothérapie in 2010, whose mission is to offer free massage therapy to people living with cancer or chronic pain. The FQM assumes the entire administrative costs of its Foundation, which employs only certified massage therapists.
