As a 4th-year Kinesiology and Exercise Science student at Concordia University, I bring an exceptional understanding of the human body to every session — combining massage therapy with scientific knowledge of anatomy, movement, and rehabilitation. This allows me not only to deliver a deeply effective and relaxing massage, but also to help clients identify underlying issues and provide personalized recommendations for improved well-being after their session

• Swedish massage Session duration is 75 minutes
• Price is $100 for areas around Pierrefonds (DDO, Pointe Claire Kirkland, Saint-Laurent, …), slightly higher rates for areas far from West Island
