BFL Canada answers your questions
In order to help you better understand the steps to follow to create a new insurance file or renew your policy, BFL Canada has developed a tutorial specially designed to meet the needs of FQM members.
Question of the day: I will be on sick leave / maternity leave / disability leave. Can I cancel my professional liability insurance policy until I resume working?
Answer: If your leave is temporary (e.g., a maternity leave), it is preferable to maintain your coverage, as this type of policy is issued on the basis of claims presented. If you cancel it, you lose the coverage applied to earlier acts.
