As a massage therapist and certified athletic therapist, I have several years of experience in the treatment of fascia and musculoskeletal pain. I have been able to help people with chronic pain and as well as sports injuries.
Each sessions are individualized to your needs inspired by different manual techniques but particularly Structural Myofascial®Therapy ( TMS® ) , the use of cupping, neuro-proprioceptive taping and quick assessments therapy.
Combining techniques is a way to complement your session in order to regain better mobility, improve overall musculoskeletal function and better able to manage your chronic ailments.
As a MT and AT, I like to follow continuous training to better understand pain and prevent injuries to everyone thus promoting optimal well-being
