I'm a Registered Massage Therapist (FQM) and Community Worker based in Tiohtià:ke / Montréal. I was born and raised in Bogotá, Colombia, and have called Canada home for the past 18 years.

My path into massage therapy was shaped by nearly a decade of community work focused on food security, food justice, and food sovereignty. During those years, I had the privilege of supporting individuals and communities through times of challenge and transition. While I deeply valued that work, I found myself increasingly drawn toward one-on-one care and creating spaces where people could slow down, reconnect with themselves, and find relief through therapeutic touch.

Working with my hands has always been central to who I am, whether through massage, crochet, beading, percussion.. or other forms of creative practice. Massage therapy has allowed me to bring together my passion for healing, attentive care, and hands-on work in a way that feels deeply meaningful.

I offer personalized Swedish massage, cupping therapy, and foundational lymphatic drainage sessions. Each treatment is tailored to your individual needs, whether you're seeking relief from muscular tension, support for your nervous system, improved circulation, or simply a moment to rest and reconnect with your body.

My practice blends therapeutic techniques, relaxation, and intuitive touch to help you reconnect with your body in a calming and restorative space. I am committed to offering inclusive, queer-affirming care where people of all identities can feel safe, supported, and at ease.
