Besides being a Montreal Massage Therapist, by day, I also work as a Life Coach and a Peer Support Worker, and offer coaching services focused on Mental Health & Self-Development. And so, I am trauma informed and trained in mood navigation, problem-solving, and have a deep understanding of the mind and body, and Mental Health struggles including anxiety, ADHD, depression, OCD, eating disorders, body dysmorphia, PTSD, etc.

Advocating and speaking for Mental Health is something I am deeply passionate on. Having overcome over 10 chronic illnesses including severe anxiety, OCD, PTSD, agoraphobia, depression, etc. I know what it’s like to hit rock bottom. I understand how lonely that feels & how impossible it can feel to get out and start healing. And so I took a big leap and quit a successful career in the corporate world to commit the rest of my life to supporting others in their healing journeys, advocating for Mental Health and healing, and helping people rebuild their lives and become their greatest versions :).
