On November 15, 2018, the F\u00e9d\u00e9ration qu\u00e9b\u00e9coise des massoth\u00e9rapeutes agr\u00e9\u00e9s received a mention<\/a> in the non-profit organization and association category at the 2018 edition of the Prix performance Qu\u00e9bec.<\/p>\n

CONTINUING A TRADITION OF EXCELLENCE SINCE 1979<\/h2>\n

The FQM’s candidacy for the Prix performance Qu\u00e9bec is part of the continuity of its quality approach, which began in 2014 with the Bureau de normalisation du Qu\u00e9bec<\/a>, and the following year with the ISO 9001:2008 certification (ISO 9001:2015 in 2018).<\/p>\n

The story began in January 2018, when the FQM registered for the Prix performance Qu\u00e9bec. Since then, here’s how far we’ve come:<\/p>\n

October 2017: Registration of the FQM for the Prix performance Qu\u00e9bec<\/p>\n

December 2017 to March 2018: Drafting of the application file<\/p>\n

March 2018: Submission of the application file<\/p>\n

April to June 2018: Analysis of the application by a team of Prix performance Qu\u00e9bec evaluators<\/p>\n

June 2018: Visit to the FQM by the team of evaluators to examine certain elements of the application in greater detail and finalise the evaluation<\/p>\n

November 2018: The FQM receives a mention at the awards ceremony and an organizational diagnosis that will enable it to make its continuous improvement process even more effective<\/p>\n

THE QUEBEC PERFORMANCE AWARD IN A FEW WORDS…<\/h2>\n

The Prix performance Qu\u00e9bec is the highest distinction awarded by the Quebec government to companies and public organizations that stand out for the quality of their management and their overall performance.<\/p>\n

Comparable to other internationally renowned awards such as the Malcolm Balbridge National Quality Award in the United States or the European Quality Award, the Prix performance Qu\u00e9bec rewards quality management and the deployment of best business practices in companies.<\/p>\n

The Prix performance Qu\u00e9bec are managed by the Mouvement qu\u00e9b\u00e9cois de la qualit\u00e9 in conjunction with the Minist\u00e8re de l’\u00c9conomie et de l’Innovation du Qu\u00e9bec.<\/p>\n
