The FQM respects the highest standards of ethics and moral principles. Its staff<\/a> and members are subject to a code of deontology, and the organization has in place a trustee<\/a>, a disciplinary committee and a professional inspection committee<\/a>, which ensure the FQM’s integrity, honesty, transparency, openness and fairness.<\/p>\n

Respect<\/span><\/h3>\n

The FQM values inclusion and diversity among its members and staff, while encouraging their professional development and growth. In a spirit of collaboration and sharing, the FQM recognizes the contribution of all to its success and reputation. It is based on respect for the individual, whether they are a client, employee, member, partner or volunteer.<\/p>\n

The FQM strives for excellence in its services and organization daily. ISO 9001:2015 certified<\/a>, it strives for the highest standards of quality and values innovation, collaboration and creativity in each of its sectors of activity. The FQM is the authority par excellence in the field of massage therapy in Quebec.<\/p>\n

Commitment<\/span><\/h3>\n

Always attentive to its members, the public and its various partners, the FQM offers services adapted to the needs of its various clienteles. To do so, it makes sure it understands and grasps reality in order to be able to adapt to the changing context of massage therapy in Quebec.<\/p>\n

Social responsibility <\/span><\/h3>\n

In order to contribute to the health of the Quebec population, the FQM created the Fondation de la massoth\u00e9rapie<\/a> in 2010, whose mission is to offer free massage therapy to people living with cancer or chronic pain. The FQM assumes the entire administrative costs of its Foundation, which employs only certified massage therapists.<\/p>\n
