The regional committee allows members throughout the province to feel that the FQM is present in their area and that they are proudly represented. Supported by the FQM team, regional representatives make sure that members in these areas have a chance to raise their public profiles. As well as help to consolidate a province-wide network, this committee is active in the field and on the ground, organizing activities such as lunch meetings for certified massage therapists, and creating a direct link between regional representatives and the FQM.
Twice a year, regional representatives meet senior FQM directors to discuss problems experienced by members in regional areas. These meetings are an ideal opportunity to update representatives on the latest developments at the FQM and follow up on active dossiers. Representatives can then transmit the information directly when they return to their respective regions.
