FQM labs are aimed at bringing together people who’ve experienced the same problems, who have the same knowledge, or who simply want to find out more about a specific approach or pathology. The labs are hosted by expert members dedicated to benefiting FQM colleagues by sharing practical knowledge in a specific area. Topics are determined based of the availability of hosts and/or the needs expressed by members.
The labs run for 3h30, and participation is free. The Fédération also offers labs in regional areas through its regional committee.

Interactive workshops are offered to members free of charge. These workshops promote the development and integration of competencies that complement the practice a professional massage. Among them are workshops on employability skills (generic competencies):
