* File opening fee (for active members and student members)
$50.00 + $2.50 (GST) + $4.99 (QST) = $57.49 (TOTAL)
Individual supervision (2 hours)
$100.00 + $5.00 (GST) + $9.98 (QST) = $114.98 (TOTAL)
Annual membership fee (at renewal)
Active member $240.00 (tax exempt)
Inactive member $50.00 (tax exempt)
**Supporting member $50.00 (tax exempt)
N.B.: Fees for opening a file and supervision are not refundable under any circumstances.
* File opening: You have a period of one year (from the date of opening of your file) to meet the first three membership requirements.
**Supporting member: Member who does not practice as a certified massage therapist, but who wants to support the FQM and its activities.

The financial year runs from April 1 to March 31. Members are required to renew their annual membership on April 1 of every year. Annual fee for active members is prorated based on the month in which the candidate becomes a member of the FQM.
